We Know Your Dreams

At The Kitchen Place, each of us has double-digit years of experience. Kelly, a 2nd generation designer, has over 35 years of design and sales, learning the business from her parents who started The Kitchen Place. Tom has over 34 years of experience as well, including installation. Justin has 20 years of experience. Either Tom, Kelly, or Justin will personally evaluate every inch of your Kitchen before creating a design that is perfect for you and your family.

Service Fees

Showroom Appointment

We invite you to visit our showroom to browse during our showroom hours. To spend the time you deserve, we recommend that you make an appointment ahead of time. Appointments are FREE of charge.

Measuring Fee

We charge a $75 measuring fee within 30 minutes from our showroom (over 30 miles, per quote only. Please call the showroom at (937) 372-6959. Measuring fees will be applied as a deposit to orders of 10 cabinets or more.

Delivery Fee

The Kitchen Place offers delivery of your materials to a garage location. Local deliveries are $75. Deliveries 30 to 60 miles away are $125. Deliveries that require more than one worker to unload are per quote only.

Installation Services

As a kitchen cabinet dealership, we can supply you materials for your dream kitchen. We also offer professional installation. You have the option to do-it-yourself, act as your own general contractor, or hire a contractor of your choice. Our primary installation crew has been with us since 1983. We also work in conjunction with several general contractors in our area and can recommend one for your project.
